These terms govern your use of Dialektik, operated by Cherub Solutions LLC.
The service
Dialektik takes your question and runs it through a multi-perspective AI deliberation process, producing a synthesized answer. Outputs are generated and can contain errors.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate signup information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You may not use Dialektik to:
- Make automated decisions about creditworthiness, education, employment, housing, insurance, lending, healthcare, or professional licensing of any individual where automated tools alone are not legally permitted.
- Defraud, harass, defame, or threaten any person.
- Generate or distribute illegal content, including content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our prompts, system instructions, or platform configuration.
- Redistribute or resell access to Dialektik.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to break the service or any user account other than your own.
Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly cycle.
- You may cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current period; we do not refund partial periods.
- Booster packs are one-time charges and remain available while your account is in good standing.
- We may change pricing for new periods with at least 14 days' notice.
Outputs
You own your questions and the answers produced for you. We do not claim ownership of either. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (counts, latencies, error rates) to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers
Dialektik's outputs are generated and may contain factual errors, omissions, or unsuitable advice. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Use them as input to your judgment, not a replacement for it. We provide the service "as is" and disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherub Solutions LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material violations of these terms. You may terminate by deleting your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we notify users by email or post them on the site. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
